Most orders will be shipped from our Main Georgia facility. Shipment will normally take place within 5-7 business days of receipt of your order, unless it is a custom order or if the particular item is made to order. If your order requires expedited service please let us know at the time of placement of your order so appropriate shipping changes can be made.   

You can order online, by phone, or by fax. Types of payment we accept are Visa, MasterCard,   American Express, and Paypal to our email address. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.  You can call between these hours to place an order with a sales representative. Call us at 912-586-2742. All phone orders can be paid by credit card only. 

The fax number is the same as the phone number above, 912-586-2742. You can fax orders to this number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can use our Printable Order Form, or you can write out your own form. Just make sure to include all of your information, including Billing and Shipping Address, Item Numbers and Descriptions, Credit Card Type, Number, and Expiration Date. Also include contact information (Daytime phone number and email address), and any special instructions. All fax orders can be paid by credit card only.

If you need your order by a specific date, PLEASE let us know, either in the course of placing your order or with a followup email or phone contact.  

 

We ship worldwide. We do not take International orders through the web site for one main reason and that is that shipping prices are completely different than US prices and will vary per destination.

             If you are interested in our products and would like to place an order, please email us at ancientarmoury@yahoo.com with the item numbers, descriptions and quantities, your city, country and postal code. We will email you back with the product availability  and your shipping quote. We ship airmail to all international customers unless other arrangements are necessary and discussed in advance.                                 

 You may return any item as long as it is within 30 Days of when you received it, as long as it is returned in the same condition it was received. Do not purchase an item with the intention of wearing it to an event and then returning it. We will keep the item and you will not receive a refund.

 

 You must call our office to receive your Return Authorization Number. If we receive a return with out an RA Number on the outside of the box, it will be retained by Ancient Armoury and you will not receive any type of refund or credit.

 

              Once we receive your authorized return, you can exchange the items you are returning or just return them for a refund. If you are not doing an exchange, there is a 15% restocking fee. If you are doing an exchange then the amount of the merchandise of items returned can be applied to anything. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. There will be a $9.95 shipping fee on all exchanges.

             

Please return your items in their original packaging or how they were sent to you. 

 

Special/Custom Orders

We often are commissioned to craft special and custom orders from selected materials and to the specifications of our customers. We normally require a  minimum 50% deposit from the quoted cost for such orders which is non-refundable. This can be for a variety of efforts, including initial research and design hours, sometimes materials otherwise not kept "in-stock", etc. Orders placed which include any of this time, materials, etc., are not guaranteed any type of refund or if so is directly related to the time and materials obtained and/or work involved to complete such work. Custom orders that are ready to ship that are not defective due to craftsmanship have taken a great deal of hours, materials and specifications directly related to measurements and desires of the individual who has placed the order and are not subject to any type of refund. In placing a custom order, customers must be aware that extended time may be required to fashion the desired item for it to function in a practical sense, so time constraints on these types of orders is impossible.
