all of our orders, since we do craft for several different
applications, we ask that if there are any requirements
regarding the specifications of your product, that you
advise us at the time of ordering. Leather armour must
be of a considerable thickness for some types of combat,
and can be treated in a number of ways to accentuate
this battle-worthiness. We can accomodate any of your
need in this area including lighter weight armor for
theater armor and movie costume purposes, slightly heavier
weight leather (8-12 oz), water or wax hardened for
LARP and/or boffer weapons combat, or full armour grade
leather (13/16 oz, Sole bend leathers) for SCA (also
available "curbouille" hardened by boiling
water or beeswax). Certain types of treatments which
are not included in the description of the item may
be available at an addtional cost. Please contact us

Something
long overdue, and in great need. Armour designed
especially for the feminine physique. Most of
this female-oriented armor is leather (armor)
grade 13/15 oz leather, layered 7/8 oz leather
(equaling 14/16 oz ) and 16 or 18 gauge mild,

armor has never been widely recognized or expounded
upon, however our belief in the female warrior, and
in womens armor for those whose hearts are called
to the battlefield, ....is true.

This, the
first homogeneous harness, dates from the
end of the 14th Century and is the most
historically correct of our line of Female

The
above breastplate lacks little for full
upper torso protection. It has wraparound
kidney protection somewhat of a similar
nature of the "Guardian".So what's
it missing? Well, upper back protection,
and the normal extension of the front of
the harness to the shoulders is a real concern
for SCA and some LARP combatants.
Well,
here it is. Bear in mind,the cuirasses depicted
here are NOT belt grade leather.We
fully advise padding under this 13/15
oz water hardened leather! Although
our model was comfortable under this harness
without padding, it is strongly advised
for combat purposes.

Belt of
Diana
One
of the main problems confronted when designing
a women's harness is that the weight of
the armor is distributed differently than
on a male. In order for the upper cuirass
to be able to move more freely and to prevent
pinching the breast area, this wide heavy
belt covers the midsection nicely. The weight
of leggings can be displaced more comfortably
on the hips than to have the entire upper
harness supported by the shoulders. Also
in this way the upper harness can be placed
high enough so that there is no danger of
pinching tender areas. Available in black,

The Roguess
Due
to an overwhelming response and polite suggestion.
we have opted to rename this harness the
Roguess. Tis true, this harness has
the look of mystery and danger. We agree,
and the name fits. This upper cuirass is
intentionally cut to about midsection to
allow movement without restriction (or pain).
Complete wraparound protection, which also
is split down the front, and buckles at
the sides for breathing room, and again,
to allow movement. The entire front portion
of the harness is crafted in two separate
